Kevin has operated businesses since 1982. What started as a commercial real estate brokerage soon grew to a $20 million per year real estate development business. In the late 1980s, Kevin felt called to move from development of property to development of businesses and eventually leaders. In 1988, he first used a tennis tournament to clarify his goals and improve his choices and life. His books, The On-Purpose Person and The On-Purpose Business, have combined sales over 150,000 copies. Kevin earned his MBA from The Darden School at the University of Virginia and a business and economics degree from Lehigh University
Brian Neilson
President and CEO 312, Inc.
Brian Neilson is the co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of 312, Inc and received his MBA, major in Finance, from the University of Saint Thomas in Minnesota and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colorado State University. Mr. Neilson was a Hansard Research Scholar at the London School of Economics with his dissertation in International Trade. Prior to launching 312, Inc., Mr. Neilson was with Patrick Mercer OBE MP, the UK's Shadow Minister for Homeland Security, where he researched matters of UK Defense and briefed the Queen's Opposition on matters pertaining to UK military involvement in the West African and North Korean Theatres. Mr. Neilson served as a licensed Series 7, 66 NASD Sales Associate at Wells Fargo Investments, LLC where he managed portfolios and counseled clients regarding bonds, mutual funds, options and equity positions.
Mark Earle
Mark has more than 26 years of hospitality industry experience and is egarded by many of the industry's most influential leaders as a creative deal maker.
As Vice President of Resort Development for Marriott International's fractional ownership division, Mark developed projects generating $2 billion in total sales, including the award-winning landmark Custom House conversion in Boston. He was also instrumental in launching the Ritz-Carlton Club development pipeline and producing its inaugural project in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Prior to the fractional ownership assignment, he spearheaded Marriott International's franchise presence in the United Kingdom by generating a 12-deal pipeline of hotels, working from Marriott's London office.
Earlier, as a Marriott full- and limited-service hotel developer, he produced 26 new hotels with 6,100 rooms and negotiated management contracts for hotels that were valued at more than $50 million. As Director of Hotel Business Planning, Mark conducted comprehensive market analyses, feasibility studies, and business plans for 22 hotels totalling 6,850 rooms, including Marriott's pivotal Marquis Hotel in New York Times Square and Palm Springs' famous Desert Springs Resort. In his earlier Marriott years, he worked in Marriott's restaurant division under Richard Marriott and produced several company "firsts", including a first limited-service college feeding program, a first walk-up urban fast food restaurant, a first university student union fast-food outlet, and several of the first drive-through restaurants.
Mark has a Masters Degree from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, where he studied under a full fellowship as a graduate teaching assistant in psychology and as an assistant to the Admissions Director. His masters thesis was in the field of selecting high-potential leaders in the hospitality industry. Mark is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has spoken at ARDA conventions, Interval International's Timeshare Investment Conferences, and Florida International University's Florida Hotel Investment Conference. In addition, Mark has lectured at Cornell University and to the New England chapter of Cornell's Hotel Society. Mark is a member of several industry associations, including the American Resort Development Association, the Cornell Hotel Society, and the Cornell Real Estate Council.

Dr. E. Ted Prince is President and Founder of Perth Ventures, LLC. Dr. Prince has had extensive operating background at the CEO level in the information technology field in both public and private companies. He was Chairman and CEO of INSCI Corp, a Boston-based public (NASDAQ) company that developed software for online archiving and retrieval of commercial documents, a role in which he served for a period of almost 6 years. He also served as President and CEO of the national computer services company, Computer Power Group (New York), a $70 million company (later acquired by Interim Services), and Amicada, Inc., a venture-backed company based in New Jersey that developed software for on-line advertising.
Dr. Prince has also had extensive startup experience. He has worked on a consulting basis with numerous technology and technology-based services startups and has served on the boards of numerous others. He has also served as President of several startups including CP. International (New York), a text retrievalsoftware company and Harwell Computer Power, (Oxford, UK), a startup in the same field.
Dr. Prince has had extensive experience in the mergers and acquisitions field. He has acquired numerous companies in the fields of computer software and services in both the US and overseas including Europe and Asia. He has been a director of numerous companies in the high tech area.
